A water tank has three taps A, B and C.
Tap A, when opened, can fill the water
tank alone in 4 hours. Tap B, when
opened, can fill the water tank alone in
6 hours and tap C, when opened, can
empty the water tank alone in 3 hours. If
taps A, B and C are opened
simultaneously how long will it take it
take to fill the tank completely?

• Ans=12 hours
  1 hr capacity by A,B,C=1/4 +1/6 -1/3=1/12
  So tank will be filled completely in 12 hours

  1/4+1/6-1/3=(3+2-4)/12=1/12
  means it takes 12hrz to fill the tank

• take lcm of 4 6 3=12
  work done by a b c in 12 hr
  =3+2-4=1
  so tank will fill in 12 hr
  this is alternate approch otherwise go for nitary methode
