  90% came for interview out of 700 : 90% of 700 = 630
  2 out of 3 are selected from 630 : 630 *2/3 = 420
  
  BANGALORE:
  80% accept call from 1000 : 80% of 1000 = 800
  80% came for interview out of 800 : 80% of 800 = 640
  3 out of 4 are selected from 640 : 640 *3/4 = 480
  Therefor % of 70th percentile got offered = (420+480)*100/(1000+1000)=45%

  students accepted calls among 90% of .7 and 80% of .8 went which is
  .63 in delhi and .64 in blore
  among 2/3 got placed in delhi i.e. .42
  and 3/4 got placed in blore i.e .48
  now as 1000 in each so div (.42+.48)/2=.45
