- the number should consist of 8 digits, those are 0,1,2,4,5,6,7,8
first digit of a number cant be 0;
so the chances for 1st digit are 7(lets say digit 1 is placed)
2nd digit are 7( bcoz 1 is alrdy used and 0 can be used i.e 0,2,4,5,6,7,8 )
in the same way we shold proceed until the last digit....

- Suppose the digits are ABCDEFG then,
1) A can't acquire the value 0,3,9 and hence can be filled with remaining values in 7 ways.
2)for the remaining digits 0 can be used.
3) B can acquire any value within 0,1,2,4,5,6,7,8 excluding the value that is used for filling A.
Similar argument goes for remaining digits.
