Q. The crew of an 8 member rowing team is to be chosen from 12 men, of which 3 can row on one side only and 2 can row on other side only. Find the number of ways of arranging the crew with 4 members on each side.

Choose, 3 people from 7, then first make those people sit who can steer in particular directions. Hence, 4p2(for 2ppl who steer left side), then 4p3 (steer right) and remaining are for the normal persons (3!)
