and avalanche breakdown?

• both are sort of phenomenon happens in reverse bias of a semiconductor device.
  zener breakdown happens due to field ionization. takes place because of tunneling.
  avalanche breakdown happens due to impact ionisation. takes place because of carrier collisions with paired electrons.
