how to find differential eqn. of all conics whose axes coincide with coordinate axes??

• THE CONCEPT IS VERY SIMPLE
  
  SUPPOSE THE CASE OF ELLIPSE WHOSE AXES LIE ON COORDINATE AXES
  
  (x*2/a*2)+(y*2/b*2)=1
  
  on differentiating the above twice , you gonna get the answer
