According to new pattern of TCS 2013, in verbal part email writing is there. Please help me to practice this section..

• This is a simple test for about 10 mins. They will be given you a set of 10 keywords and you should frame a passage( within 100 words)
  In this test applicants will be assessed based on the proper usage of the given keywords and grammar. Be careful of spelling mistakes and wrong punctuation.For Example,
  Question 1: Using the following phrases, write an email with minimum of 70 words to the customer Mr. Gill Roy explaining delay to the project.
  
  Payment processing system – Schedule – 10th May (Friday) – Unexpected power outage – 3 days – Overall delay – 7 days – includes recovery of lost work – will not recur
  
  Sample Answer:
  
  Dear Gill Roy,
  
  The project “Payment processing system” was scheduled to be delivered on 10th May (Friday). However, due to an unexpected power outage in our offshore site for the past 3 days, work did not progress as expected. Also we lost a few of our works as backup systems did not come online. Hence we are expecting an overall delay in the delivery of the project for a maximum of 7 days within which our team will work on the issues. Apologies for the delay and we will ensure that the mistake will not recur in future again.

  Outline: Bring- camera- high tea- celebrations- security personnel – on time delivery – instruct- cafeteria- not working area
  
  Answer:
  Dear Jack,
  I am here to inform you to bring camera for high tea celebrations on the success of project named ontime delivery But they instruct the security personnel not to allow the people with camera to Cafeteria which is not working area. We can request the higher authorities to allow us since it was planned to celebrate on our success. Looking forward to hear back from you.
