let the candle is 10m long then 10% of it will be 1m and when we calculate 1/3 of each day then:
1st day = 10-(10/3)=20/3m
2nd day = 20/3 - (20/9) = 40/9m
.
.
.
so on the 6th day the candle would be of it's 10% means 1m...

let the total be 100% then on the 1st day 100*1/3=33.33 % will be remainning and on the 2nd day 33.33*1/3=11.11 then on the 3rd day it will be less than 10% so i think the anser is 3
