What is the time required to punch 1500 cards of 50 column each at the rate of 10,000 punches per hour

  total time required to punch=75000/10000=>7.5 hours

  so ans is 7hr 30min

• cards per column = 1500
  cards in 50 column = 1500*50=75000
  cards punched in 1 hour = 10000
  (i.e) time to punch 75000 cards = 75000/10000= 7.5 hours

  total columns=50
  so, total punches=1500*50=75000
  for 1 hour if we make 10000 punches, we require 7 hours for 70000 punches and 30 mins for remaining 5000 punches...
  since in 1 hour if can punch 10000 then in 30 min we can punch 5000 write.
