Read Solution (Total 2)
-
- to satisfy the condition no box is empty, there is two possibility,
(3,1,1)
(2,2,1)
for first condition(3,1,1)the combination would be,
5C3*1C1*1C1=10
for second condition,(2,2,1)
first place one ball in a box5C1=5
then it becomes as (2,1,1)
now,5C2*1C1*1C1=10
then for(2,2,1)it is 5+10=15.
combining both conditions we get,
10+15=25.
