- I think..18 hrs is the answer
B fills 10,2*10,3*10 per hr
so for
1/4 ---->15 hrs
2(1/4)-->16 hrs
3(1/4)-->17 hrs
4(1/4)ie..tank is filled now takes->18 hrs - 11 years agoHelpfull: Yes(12) No(2)
- answer:18 hours
suppose the tank b capacity is 100 litres
(1/4)*100=15 hours
=25 litres filled in 15 hours
50 litres filled in 16 hours
75 litres fill in 17 hours
100 litres fill in 18 hours - 11 years agoHelpfull: Yes(8) No(1)
- B fills 1/4 in 15hrs... When compared to A it fills twice.
So. 1/4= 15 hrs
2(1/4)=16 hrs
2(1/2)=17 hrs....
hence to complete the tank it takes 17 hrs... - 11 years agoHelpfull: Yes(5) No(1)
