  In 1 hour A's watch shows = 2 min more
  In 1 hour B's watch shows = 4 min less
  for A's watch
  60 min. = 120 sec. more
  30 min. = 60 sec. more
  1 min = 2 sec more
  SO when A's watch reads 10:p.m., at that time the correct time would be 9 hours 40 min & 35 seconds
  so we need to find the reading of B's watch at above correct time,which i mentioned
  For B's watch
  60 min = 240 sec. less
  1 min = 4 sec. less
  so at 9 hour 40 min 35 seconds the B's reading will be 9 hour 1 min & 20 seconds approximately.
