How many litres of water must be added to 16 liters of milk and water contains 10% water to make it 20% water in it

  water is 10% which is 1.4 litres and so the rest 14.4 is milk which is constant
  hence in the new mixture there will be 80% of milk
  so , 0.8(16+x) = 14.4
  solving for x , x = 2 which implies we add 2 more litres of water to make it 20%
