A, B, C subscribe Rs. 50,000 for a business. If A subscribes Rs. 4000 more than B and B Rs. 5000 more than C, out of a total profit of Rs. 35,000, what will be the amount A receives?
Read Solution (Total 1)
-
- if C gets x rupees, then
B gets x+5000,
A gets (x+5000)+4000=x+9000
then A+B+C=(x+9000)+(x+5000)+x = 35000
3x+14000=35000
3x=35000-14000=21000
3x=21000==>x=7000
then A gets x+9000=7000+9000=16000
