here..x1=4,y1=0
x2=6,y2=3
x3=6,y3=-3...so
1/2[4(3+3)+6(-3-0)+6(0-3)]=-6
taking modulus we get 6 Ans,.

In this triangle two sides are equal i.e (13)^(1/2)
and one side is 6
By using formula [ b/4(4a^2-b^2)] where a= (13)^(1/2) and b= 6
