• formula for area of tringle in coordinate form is..modulus of
  1/2[x1(y2-y3)+x2(y3-y2)+x3(y1-y2)]
  here..x1=4,y1=0
  x2=6,y2=3
  x3=6,y3=-3...so
  1/2[4(3+3)+6(-3-0)+6(0-3)]=-6
  taking modulus we get 6 Ans,.

  Reason - The given triangle is isoceles triangle
  
  In this triangle two sides are equal i.e (13)^(1/2)
  and one side is 6
  
  By using formula [ b/4(4a^2-b^2)] where a= (13)^(1/2) and b= 6
  
  now we will get (6/4) * 4 = 6
