There are several bags of same weight . A bag is 6 kg and three fourth a bag heavy (weight of a bag = 6 + (3/4)th weight of bag) What is the weight of a bag ?

b) 12
c) 24
d) 48

  => 24+3x = 4x
  =>x = 24.

  then given 6kg + 3/4(Xkg) = Xkg
  24kg + 3Xkg = 4Xkg
  24kg = 4Xkg - 3Xkg
  Xkg= 24Kg

• Consider x is total weight of bag
  we can take it as 6+(3/4)x = x
  solving the equation we get 24 + 3x = x
  therefore x = 12 by neglecting the -ve since weight cannot be -ve

• consider the bag weight as x and as given in the braket submit with x and of solving mathematically we will get tha solution as 24
