  now 1400-800=600 went for only two rides. income from these students is 600*2=rs.1200
  income from 800 student = 800*3= rs.2400.
  income from only one rides=4200-(2400+1200)=rs.600
  therefore 600(student who went only in one ride)+ 1400( who went for atleast 2 rides)= 2000 students...

  and 1400 go for atleast 2 rides means 600(=1400-800) do 2 rides. so the income from this=600*2=1200,
  now, total income is 7200. from this we can say that 600(=7200-3000-2400-1200)boys do only 1 ride.
  so, the no.of boys who do not go for any ride=(3000-800-600-600)=1000 boys
