  I want to inform that the working time period of our of company will be revised as 8:30 am-5:00 pm. So every one here with in the time and leave the work by 3o minute earlier to avoid the traffic.   This is to inform you that the working time has been revised, it will be in effect from next week. This is done to much empower the projects that are goiing on in the company. So depart from your accordingly and the lunch duration has also been reduced by 10 minutes. Another reason behind revised working time is traffic jam, the time is maintained to avoid the traffic by 30 minutes.
  The working time of office will start much earlier till the end of rainy season. This is an effort to improve the quality of work as well as, because the early you work it will be good for the organization.
