  The number of kms use of each tyre = 40,000kms/No. of Tyres = 40,000/5 = 8000
  As 4 tyres are used at a time, so 4*8000 = 32,000kms is the answer :)

  I think this is the better solution:
  Total kilometers travelled by 4 tyre = 40000 × 4 = 1,60,000. This has to be share by 5 tyres. So each tyre capacity = 1,60,000 / 5 = 32, 000
