There is a man that lives on the top floor of a very tall building. Every day he gets the elevator down to the ground floor to leave the building to go to work. Upon returning from work though, he can only travel half way up in the lift and has to walk the rest of the way unless it's raining! WHY?

• since he is very short and he cant press the button for the top floor .so he press the button which he can reach,but during the rainy day he has umbrella that helps him to go to his floor

• man is drawf(short in length) hence he cant reach top floor buttons of elevator during rainy season he ll be having umberalla ,using that he can press top floor butttons..
