- answer: Father and mother
father concludes that "usha never sleeps" then eesha never drinks milk .hence nurse conclusion is wrong.
mothers concludes that "nisha never sleeps" then eesha never drinks milk.hence nurse conclusion is wrong because nurse concluded that 'eesha always drinks milk' which means nisha and usha are always sleeping but it neve happens both are sleeping.so nurse is wrong
in the above the father and mother statements doen't contradict with each other so both father and mother can conclude correctly. - 11 years agoHelpfull: Yes(25) No(4)

- As per what I have understood from the question is that:
1. Father concludes that Usha never sleeps: This is not a correct conclusion, because Usha does sleep when Eesha is drinking.
2. Mother concludes that Nisha never sleeps: This is again wrong because, Nisha does sleep when Easha is NOT drinking.
3. Nurse concludes that Eesha always drinks: This is right, because with this both Usha and Nisha sleeps which was initially the problem stated in the 4th sentence, "It never happens that both Usha and Nisha are sleeping."
So, the nurse has made the right conclusion. - 11 years agoHelpfull: Yes(3) No(3)

- Both father and mother i think ,bcos if nurse was right then esha always drinks then usha and nisha both sleeps which is voilating the condition that usha and nisha never sleeps together, and if we assume any of the conclusion made by father and mother that doesn't violate any condition

- according to the question when usha sleeeps than eesha drinks.so we dont know whether nisha is sleeping or not.now according to second condition when nisha is awake Eesha never drinks milk and from third condition if usha is sleeping than nisha has to be awake. So comparing the 3 conditions we can conclude that mother is right and her conclusion that nisha never sleeps is correct.so mothers conclusion is correct.

- I think mother has a correct deduction.
when Nisha not sleeping.Eesha is not drinking
hence nurse conclusion is wrong.
It is given Usha and Nisha never sleep at a time
and It doesn't mean that Usha never sleep. - 11 years agoHelpfull: Yes(1) No(0)
- It is mentioned that both Usha and Nisha never sleeps at the same time. Suppose,
1. When Usha sleeps, Nisha is awake, but as mentioned in the question, Eesha drinks milk.
2. When Nisha sleeps, Usha is awake, but similarly Eesha drinks.
Hence, the nurse has made the correct deduction. - 11 years agoHelpfull: Yes(1) No(0)

- i think answer is father and mother...
Eesha drinka milk only if both usha and nisha are sleeping.- it never happens. - 11 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(1)
- Usha-If Usha is sleeping - No case
Nisha-If Nisha is not sleeping - No case
Eesha-Eesha is drinking milk - Eesha is not drinking.
Check Deduction :
Father-Usha never sleeps
Mother-Nisha never sleeps.
Nurse-Eesha always drinks.
Finally Mother is correct. - 11 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(1)
- Mothers conclusion is right.
Explaination:
Fathers conclusion is wrong because usha sleeps as per statement 1.
Nurse conclusions is wrong as well because esha doesnt drink as mentioned in second statement.
Thus mothers conclusion is correct.
