• area of 1st pizza=pi*7^2/4=38.5 for Rs. 70
  area of 2nd pizza=pi*14^2/4=44 for Rs. 210
  area of 3rd pizza=pi*21^2/4=346.5 for Rs. 610
  so the bigger area gives the value for money

  14cm for rs210, which is costlier than small
  21cm for rs 630, again it is costlier than small
  since the question is asking for "best value for money" so small gives the best value for money as it gives more pizza in less money compared to others.

  ratio of area to prize= pi(49)/70=pi(0.7)
  area of medium pizza= pi(196)
  ratio of area to money= pi(196)/210= pi(0.933)
  area of large pizza= pi(441)
  ratio of area to money= pi(441)/630= pi(0.7)
  
  So, medium pizza has more area to money value.So its the best.

  consider the cost of three pizza 70,210,630
  consider diameter of three pizza 7,14,21 cm
  divide with the cost of each pizza by its diameter respectively
  then cost of three pizza each 1cm is 70/7=10RS,210/14=15RS,630/21=30rs
  Large pizza cost is greater than small and medium pizza.

• both the small and large serves the best value of money because the cost is proportional to volume(weight)
