  so,we can write it as (1800+69)

  and x,y,z will be 3 factors of 1800 as per options givn

  we have multiply any one of three and add the rest one...
  to get 1869.
  mean
  like..
  (x*z*w)+y=(x*z*y)+w=(w*y*z)+x=1869...
  may be some hint to solve this problem..
  still my finger is nt able to solve this problem....
