• let, total weight of mixture be 1 kg
  so, quantity of first variety 2/5 kg
  quantity of second variety 3/5 kg
  total c.p = 25*2/5 + 35*3/5= 31
  therefore, s.p in order to gain 20% = 120/100 * 31= 37.2

  so for 1 kg mix rice, c.p= rs 31
  
  with 20% gain s.p of 1 kg of mix rice= rs (31*120/100)= rs 37.2
