  sixth term(i.e 56) is obtained by multiplying third term(i.e 8 ) by 7(i.e 2nd term)..seventh term is obtained by simply adding 1 to the sixth(previous term)..again 7 is mutiplied with the fourth term and we get the 8th term..so 9th term is simply 8th term + 1..in this way the 38th term will be 7 multiplied by the 19th term(24o9) i.e (7*2409= 16863)...now the 19th term is obtained by multiplying 9th term(344) by 7 and adding 1 to it..i.e (7*344+1=2409)..

  multiplying 7 wd 1st term v get 3 terms total and 3rd term=7*1st term+1
  multiplying 7 wd 2nd term v get 5 terms total and 5th term=7*2nd term+1
  multiplying 7 wd 3rd term v gt 7 terms total and 7th term=7*3rd trem+1 and so on....
  so on multiplying 7 wd 19th term v wld gt 39 terms total
  19th term=2409
  39th term=7*2409+1
  =16864
  hence 38th term= 16863

  7*7=49
  49+1=50
  8*7=56
  56+1=57
  49*7=343
  343+1=344 and so on
  8th term gives you 16th term (343*7=2401)
  19th term gives you 38th term (2409*7=16863)
