There are 30 socks in a drawer. 60% of the socks are red and the rest are blue. What is the minimum number of socks that must be taken from the drawer without looking in order to be certain that atleast two blue socks have been chosen?

• no.of red socks=60*30/100=18
  if u draw out 18 socks...there's a possibility that all of them are red
  if u draw out 19 socks...one of them has to be a blue one
  and if u draw 20 socks...then deifinitely 2 of them are blue socks
  so.....the answer is 20.
