- volume of large cube= 100*100*100
volume of small cube = 10*10*10
total cubes needed for large cube= 1000
volume of cuboid= 100*50*50
number of small cubes used for building the cuboid = 250
remaining small cubes needed for the perfect cube = 1000- 250
so the answer is 750. - 11 years agoHelpfull: Yes(34) No(1)
- number of cubes that are required to form cuboid of dim 100*50*50 is 250
total noo of cubes required to make it a cube of dim 100*100*100 is 3(250)=750 - 11 years agoHelpfull: Yes(7) No(0)
- 750 cube boxes

- volume of the cube having length ,width, depth 10 cm each is 100^3 and that of smaller cube is 10^3on division we get 1000 cubes .now that of cuboid is 100*50*50 dividing this with 10^3 we get 250 this is now subtracted from 1000 to get 750 extra cubes.
