for 1) to happen i.e even+even
a*b= even and c=even
a*b =even has two case a) even*even and b)odd*even
hence a*b+c=even has 3 cases
a)a=even b=even c=even prob=1/8
b) a=odd b=even c=even///prob=1/8
c)a=even b=add c=even prob =1/8
total here =3/8
2) second case is
a*b+c=even
a*b is odd and c=odd
for a*b=odd only one case,
a=odd b=odd
hence this case is
a=odd b=odd and c=odd
prob=1/8
