  even num on die=2,4,6
  possibilities of a,b,c=(e,e,e),(o,o,o),(o,e,e),(e,o,e) [a.b+c=even]
  =4*(3*3*3) [ num of even=3,num of 0dd=3]
  probability=4*3^3/6^3=1/2

  probability of even=1/6,odd=1/6
  even.odd+even

  4*{(1/6*1/6)+1/6}=28/36
