Dear Gill,
The product with id GCQ951 was scheduled to be delivered on 10th May (Friday). However, due to an unexpected failure of our dispatchig mechanism as it is requirs extra money than estimated . Hence we are expecting an overall delay in the delivery for a maximum of 7 days within which the team will work on the issues and everything will be sorted out. Apologies for the delay and we will ensure that the mistake will not recur in future again due to these reasons.

The project “Payment processing system” was scheduled to be delivered on 11th Oct (Friday). However, due to an unexpected power outage in offshore site for past 3 days we lost few of our works for which we don’t have backup too. Hence we are expecting an overall delay in the delivery for a maximum of 7 days within which the team will work on the issues and everything will be sorted out. Apologies for the delay and we will ensure that the mistake will not recur in future again.

i hereby inform you to that your product unable to deliver on time because there are some technical issues and we are working on it so it takes some time however,we are providing some extra benefits for your product for the delay so that it may takes 7 days and once again we are sorry for the late time and one thing notice that you have to pay some extra money for your product if you have any clear information you can contact us to know the reasons behind it

The project "Payment processing System" was scheduled to be delivered on 10th May (Friday).We recognize due to an Unexpected power outage in our outer offshore for past 3 days we lost our files, data, and backup also. These are the reason for the overall delay, we will recover all the data within 7 days the product will deliver.Includes recovery of lost work and adding more feature .apologies for the delay and will not recur that such in future days .
