The product of two consecutive even numbers is 9408.Which is the greater of the two numbers?

• We take one number as x and the other as x+2
  from the question it is given that
  (x*(x+2))= 9408
  while solving we get (x*x)+2x = 9408
  while puting numbers we get 96*96 + 96*2 = 9408
  so the ans is 96 ans 96+2 = 98
  96 and 98 is the answer
  ie 96*98 = 9408
