  by (A+ B) in one min = 1/390
  by (B) leak = 1/360 - 1/390=( 390- 360)/360*390 =30/360*390 total time to
  empty the tank= 360x390/30x60 = 78 hours

  total capacity is constant
  6.5(t-y ) = 6(t);
