to give a shake hand we need two persons ...hence 1 person can give shake hand to remaining 19 persons..
similarly 2nd one can give 18 as repitition is not allowed...
and 3rd,4th....20th persons gives....17,16,,,1
i.e., total shake hands = 19+18+17+16+15+14+13+12+11+10+9+8+7+6+5+4+3+2+1=190
