  From here, I see that:
  6 = 6*1 = 6*(3^0)
  18 = 6*3 = 6*(3^1)
  54 = 6*9 = 6*(3^2)
  
  So the next 2nd difference after 54 could be 6*(3^3) = 162.
  That is, x - 204 = 162, so, x = 366.
