Cany Anybody explain all the remainder theorems plsssss

if any equation come in the form of (ax+1)^n/a,then remainder is 1 for any value.......
when (ax-1)^n/a,in this case when n is even then remainder is 1 but when n is then remainder is (a-1)..............
