How many 4 digit number that do not contain 3 or 6 ?

• 0,1,2,4,5,7,8,9 are the numbers in four digit number we cant place 0 so the 7 numbers are use next 3 place we can use all 8 number so 7*8*8*8=3584

  therefore to fill this place we have -1,2,4,5,7,8,9 (7 ways )
  for H place
  we have -0,1,2,4,5,7,8(7 way)
  for Tens place we have left with only 6 numbers
  and for Ones place we left with 5 numbers only
  
  therefore no of digits that do not contain 3 or 6 -
  7*7*6*5=1470 digits
