Blood Relations
Two men have certain amount of camel. They sell those camels. Each rate of the camel is equal to the total number of camels initially available. They then bought certain amount of goat for that money and for the remaining money they bought a dog. What will be rate of dog if they both share the animals and their total rate of animal for each person is equal?
Read Solution (Total 4)
-
- let x be number of camels, y number of goats.
and rate of each camel = C, rate of goat = G and rate of dog = D
so the rate of all the camels = x*C = x^2
with this money they buy some goats and 1 dog
so, x^2= y(G) + D
now animals are shared,
y1*G + D = y2*G
where y1 + y2 = y
y1*G + D = y*G - y1*G
solving the eq,
D = y*G - 2y1*G = G*(y2)
therefore the rate of the dog is equal to complete rate of the goats received by the second man - 9 years agoHelpfull: Yes(4) No(3)
