what will be the exponent of 8 in 150! ??

• First find the power of two in 150!
  
  Can be easily find out like this :-
  150/2=75
  75/2=37
  37/2=18
  18/2=9
  9/2=4
  4/2=2
  2/2=1
  
  Now add all these values :- 75+37+18+9+4+2+1= 146
  So we 2^146 in 150!
  To find power of 8 divide 146 by 3 as 2^3=8
  146/3 = 48 Ans

• find the power of 2 in 150! which is equal to 146
  the power of 5 in 150! is 44
  therefore leftover 2's power after forming 10's with 5's is 102
  hence power of 8 ie 2^3 is (2^3)^34
  as 102/3=34
  so 34 is the ans
