A man was going by cycle. After going 2/3rd of total distance the cycle broke down and he had to complete the journey on foot. At the end he found that he walked twice as long as he was on cycle. How many times the speed of the cycle is as the speed of walking?

  time by foot ie 2t=(1-2D/3)/s2 = D/3s2
  2*(2D/3s1)=D/3s2
  s1=4s2
