just go for options.let us take c option i.e.,
if he buy 3 melons=(3*1penny=3penny)which can be distributed equally
now 6oranges=(3*2oranges(1penny)=3*1=3penny)which can be distributed equally.
now 3 grapes=(1*3grapes(1penny)=1*1=1penny)which is distributed equally. so option is (c)
