In a meeting between 2 countries each country has 12 delegates. All the delegates of one country shake hands with all delegates of other countries. Find the number of handshakes possible?

  sum of n natural numbers is n(n+1)/2=23(23+1)/2=276
  deligates should not make a handshake with the person from same country..for this..no of possible ways making a handshake os..11,10,9,8.....upto1
  sum of natural numbers=11(11+1)/2=66
  like wise with the another country=66
  total=132
  now substract from total handshakes=272-66-66=144
