Kavitha can finish painting a house in 6 days and anitha can finish painting the same house in 10 days.On 1 April, they started painting the house together.After painting for three days,kavitha could not continue working and anitha had to finsh painting the house alone.On which day will the house be fully painted?

  kavitha can paint in 1 day= 1/6 and for anitha its 1/10 so after 3 day they combenely paint 3/6+3/10=4/5 so the work left =1/5 and it have to be completed by anitha..so she can complete it in 10*1/5=2 days..
