  let he has to cover 6 m(LCM of 2and 3) up and down
  sp he takes 2sec to go up and 3 sec to come down...
  so avg speed (6+6)/(2+3)=2.4m/s

  Average Speed= 2*S1*S2/(S1+S2)
  avg speed=2*3*2/(3+2)=2.4 m/s
