  for 5 circles on the diagonal 5* circle diameter= diagonal of circle
  => 5*(2r)= (sqrt 2) * a ,,,,,,,,,,(since for square diagonal = sqrt 2* side)
  => a/r = 10/1.4= 7.14 ans.
