Through this mail i would like to tell you that, i had bought a product from your company ITEX, which did not work properly. I called customer care to complain about the product but they put me through automated tele-services. I was put on hold for 19 minutes and finally the call got disconnected which was very disappointing. I even wrote an e-mail and got a reply from your company that the problem will be sorted out within 2 days, but the problem still unresolved for me.

Sir,
With due respect,I want to state that recently I bought a product through your delivery service.When I brought it home,it dint work.I called the customer care but instead of helping me out he put me through automated tele-services and kept me on hold for 19 minutes and after that the phone got disconnected.I also wrote an e-mail and got a reply from them that my problem would be sorted out in 2 days but even after 5 days the problem is still unresolved.

we visited your shopping center and bought a product after working for few days the product did not work so we called customer care they put me through an automated tele-services,the customer executive keep me on hold for 19 minutes and after that the call got disconnected we wrote an email regarding this they said that problem will be sorted out within 2 days but no reply afterward and the problem is still unresolved ,please focus on our issue as soon as possible.

i want to tell u that i bought a mobile "Itex s duos" from your company on 7th november 2013.it cost 23000 rupees. it is not working properly due to network connectivity and some technical problems. even i called on customer care also. before i could get any response, i had to wait for 19mints and then registered a complain .they told that problem will get resolved within 2 days , but the problem is still unresolved.

- I bought a product from ITEX. But, after 2 days i sorted out that i did not work. Then i called your customer service officer and i talked for 19 minutes after that he put me through automated tele-services on hold and after few minutes i got disconnected. I also wrote a mail to your mail id, but i didn't get any response. So, i have problem still unsolved.So, please reply me soon so that i can solve the problem.

This is to bring your kind notice that i bought a new INTEX product last week but unfortunately it din't worked properly.I called customer care twice on the same day, they put me on hold for 19minutes on automated tele service and atlast got disconnected.I even wrote e mail to the customer care execetve who promised me to sort out the problem with in 48hours but unfortunately the problem is still unresolved.
I never expected such a dissapointing response from your side.Hope you would take some concrete step to resolve the issue.

Subject: regarding bad customer service.
I bought a product from your site which when run did not worked properly. I immediately called customer care and they put me through automated tele services on hold. I waited on the call for 19 minutes and was finally disconnected.
I wrote an e-mail to customer care executive and in reply they promised to sorted out the things within 2 days but even after 3 days my problem is unresolved. So, I am expecting you to take some concrete steps to help me out.
