now 2989/92 givs qsnt 32 and rmdr 45
so 32*20+10=650ans it also be 649 depnds on optn(here 1st 10 trm givs sum that mean rmndr45)

answer is 4..factores of 12 is 3 and 4..ab313ab should be divided by 3 and 4..a no can be divided by 4 when the sum of last 2 digit is completly divided by 4..so a+b may be 4 ,8,12,....now a no is divided by 3 when sum of the digits is divided by 3..in this case if we put 4 then sum of the digits is divisable by 3..so ans is 4
