  3^(4x+12)-3^(4x+3)=25^(5x+3)-25^(5x+2)
  => 3^(4x+3)[3^9 - 1] = 25^(5x+2)[25 - 1]
  => 3^4x(531414)= 25^5x[15000]
  => (25^5)^x / (3^4)^x= 531414/15000
  taking log on both sides give
  x=0.0309 or .31
