  solving x we get x=238 and when added by 49 it becomes 287 which is then divided by 7 yields 41.so 41-5 = 36

  x = 238
  now what actual was
  (238+49)/7 = 41
  difference = 41 - 5 = 36
  so the incorrect answer differs 31 from actual answer.

  solving x=238
  Had rekha performed correct operations
  (x+49)/7
  =(238+49)/7
  =41
  Difference in results= 238-41=197
