  If Sugar to be mixed=x @Rs 9/kg, then
  9x+7*27=(x+27)(Cost per/kg) ---(i)
  With 10% gain SP=9.24,so CP=9.24*100/110=8.4/kg
  Eqn.(i) becomes 9x+189=(x+27)*8.4, 0.6x=37.8 or x=63
