- Since there are two S and Two O together therefore we can consider there are only 8 letters which can be permuted in
8!x2!x2!/2!x2!=8!=40320

for 8 letters permutation is 8!
and for 2 Os 2!

The total possible ways for arrangement taken all the letters at a time is 10!/2!*2!=907200. let E be the event of forming 2 s's and o's get together. The number of favourable cases for event E is 6!/2!*2!=180. p(E)=180/907200=1.98412*10^-4
